Appetizers: $100/tray (half tray contains 7-10 portions)
- Butternut - sage (or regular/plain) arancini w marinara
- Stuffed mushrooms

- Butternut gourgeres; French baked cheese puffs
- Soups ($15/qt): butternut, minestrone w ditalini pasta, ribbollita (a hearty, Tuscan veggie & bread soup)
Salads: $35/ half tray
- Kale Caesar (or regular/romaine lettuce) with homemade sourdough croutons
- Baby kale, roasted delicata squash, dried cherries, walnuts, & honey dijon vinaigrette
- Baby kale, roasted butternut squash, pumpkin seeds, pomegranates, & dried dates with date dressing
- Radicchio & greens, provolone, chickpeas, cucumbers, baby tomatoes, balsamic vinaigrette
- Shaved brussel salad, almonds, crispy pancetta, Castelvetrano olives, whole grain mustard + honey vinaigrette
Mains & Meat: $150 / half catering tray (half tray contains 7-10 portions)
- Roasted Turkey, carved (includes 1 qt gravy)
- Stuffed Pork Loin with breadcrumbs, prosciutto & mushrooms
- Stuffed pork chops with chestnuts & herbs
- Roasted Chicken with herbs & gravy
- Salmon with lemon, Dijon & dill

- Spiced Maple Acorn Squash
- Roasted Brussel Sprouts with apples, onions & pancetta
- Green Beans w Crispy Shallot topping
- Maple Roasted Honeynut Squash
- Roasted Japanese Sweet Potatoes, orange, honey yogurt + dill
- Whipped Sweet potatoes
- Traditional Mashed potatoes (russets) with gravy

- Fall baked pasta: baked rigatoni in a cream sauce with butternut, kale & mozzarella
- Traditional Bread stuffing
- Pappardelle Pasta with butternut cream sauce and saffron
- Lasagna Bolognese (or vegetarian if preferred)
- Baked Ziti Bolognese (or vegetarian if preferred)
- Baked Mac & cheese (traditional, white cheeses, crispy panko topping)
- Italian Rice “Stuffing” – white rice, veggies, crumbled sweet fennel sausage
Dessert: $35 each
