Meet your chef,
A born and raised Jersey girl, I fell in love with the wonderful world of food at a very young age, when I started helping my dad in the kitchen at home. I decided to pursue cooking professionally at seventeen years old.
After working at various restaurants in high school, I attended the Culinary Institute of America and graduated with my Bachelors in Business Administration after obtaining an Associates degree in the Culinary Arts.
Upon graduation, I worked my way up the ranks at NYC seasonal American restaurant, Loring Place, under Chef Dan Kluger.
At Loring Place, I led the kitchen as a Sous Chef for several years. I navigated the Union Square Green Market where I learned how to design a dish around the best produce available in the NYC area. My culinary experience also includes a year at Zahav in Philadelphia under Chef Mike Solomonov where I learned to cook the food of Israel, a melting pot of flavors from the Mediterranean, Middle East, and Northern Africa.
During my time in the restaurant world, I was able to contribute to events big and small, such as Art Basel Miami in 2019 and no less important as small intimate wedding receptions at both restaurants. Since transitioning out of restaurant work, I started my own catering business and have had the privilege of cooking for busy families, celebrity clients, new moms, and everyone in between.
I look forward to sharing my lifelong passion and expertise with you. Whether you are hosting a special occasion private dinner party, have catering needs, or are seeking a weekly meal prep plan that suits your lifestyle, I build a menu unique to your taste and preferences. Let’s work together, you might just fall in love with food too.
